    This week on a special episode of The Break Out, Editor-in-Chief Aaron Mehta and Deputy Editor Lee Ferran talk about news from NATO’s spending report, including that every country has finally reached the goal of spending two percent of GDP on defense — just in time for that goal to be increased.
