The Sea Sultan is the Pakistan Navy’s (PN) next-generation long-range maritime patrol aircraft (LRMPA). Leveraging the Embraer Lineage 1000E as the base platform, the Sea Sultan is being configured for a range of roles currently assumed by the PN’s Lockheed Martin P-3C Orion LRMPAs, such as intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), anti-submarine warfare (ASW), and anti-ship/surface warfare (AShW/ASuW).
