Australia’s foreign minister, Penny Wong, traveled to New Delhi this week for the latest meeting of the Quad foreign ministers. Despite concerns that the grouping would not hold amid the current realignment of worldview in the United States under President Donald Trump, the meeting made clear that the Quad could still prove useful to each of its members through a focus on economic resilience, technological coordination, and supply chain security.
